Burning Question: Do I know who I am?
This opening module focuses on the inner landscape of the emerging educator. Participants begin by observing themselves — exploring why they are here, what shaped their understanding of education, and how they relate to learning, authority, curiosity, and care.
- Decoding a Teacher — Teacher as learner, listener, researcher, co-traveller
- Deconstructing — Unlearning schooling habits that de-skilled curiosity
- Communication — Verbal, non-verbal, embodied presence & deep listening
- Failures — Making errors as a learning tool, developing resilient reflection

Burning Question: Do I know today's learners enough to support their learning?
The focus moves outward — to the learner. Participants study childhood in contemporary society, particularly in a digitally mediated world that shapes identity, attention, communication, aspiration, and belonging. Special attention is placed on neurodiversity and learners with Special Educational Needs.

Burning Question: Which pedagogical direction/philosophy aligns with my personal vision of education?
This module strengthens the educator's intellectual presence. It also introduces Indian Knowledge Systems as frameworks of ecological thinking, interdependence, and ethical learning. Educational theories (Montessori, Dewey, Krishnamurti, Freire, Vygotsky) are studied in dialogue. Module 3 includes a 32-week immersive practicum placement in progressive schools.

This module bridges knowledge to practice. Participants learn to design and facilitate learning experiences both inside and beyond the classroom. Assessment is redefined as documentation and evidence of growth. AI is integrated as a co-thinking tool, fostering transparency, creativity, and discernment.

Burning Question: How do I apply what I've learned in a real classroom?
The Practicum runs concurrently with Modules 3 and 4. Participants are placed in progressive schools, engaging in hands-on facilitation, classroom observation, and co-teaching. This module focuses on taking theory into practice with real learners.
