About This Workshop

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is often the distinguishing factor between a good teacher and a truly transformative educator. This immersive 3-day workshop is designed to help educators understand their own emotional landscape and how it influences classroom dynamics.

Participants will engage in reflective practices, role-playing scenarios, and collaborative problem-solving to develop strategies for emotional regulation, active listening, and empathetic response, ensuring their classrooms become safe spaces for intellectual and emotional growth.
